Not only will you be hiring one of the most experienced Home Inspectors in Maine, but you may get my services for free!

No games or gimmicks. After the inspection, come back to this site, send me an email with your contact info, it goes in a big jar, and once every 6 months I draw one name and send the client back their General Inspection Fee. Refer a friend,or co-worker who uses my services and get another entry for each one whether it is now or 3 years from now. Your entry stays in the jar for 2 drawings, and the drawings are on May and November 1st, but it takes a couple of days for the website to repost the winners name. Due to call volume the winners name will not be given out over the phone, The winners name is posted on this page so check back to see if you have won and remind me to send you your check, as these are usually 2 very busy times of the year for me.
