My $235.00 price extends and Includes the southern border of Maine, New Hampshire Border towns such as Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester,And Somersworth have no travel fees. If you are further from the maine border into New Hampshire please call for a travel quote.

You can pay a lot more for Inspections if you feel that you have to in order to get the best, or you can hire one of the best and save a ton of money, the choice is yours. I believe in charging a fair days wage for a fair days pay, and yes my fees may be reflective of the going rates 17 years ago, but that's how long I have been a full time Home Inspector.
